In cases of verified technical access issues, support or alternative access may be provided at our discretion. Monetary refunds shall not be issued. All consultations, coaching sessions, and appointment bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Any rescheduling requests may be considered solely at our discretion and subject to availability. Missed sessions, late arrivals, or non-attendance shall be treated as no-shows, and no refund or rescheduling shall be provided. All event registrations, workshops, and tickets are non-refundable. Failure to attend after registration does not qualify for a refund. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative date, provide access to another program, or issue a partial or full refund. No additional compensation, damages, or claims shall be entertained. Refunds or replacements for physical products shall be considered only if the product is damaged during delivery or an incorrect product is delivered. Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. The product must be unused, in original condition, and subject to inspection and approval. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless required by law. All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Any approved refunds, where applicable, shall be credited to the original payment method only.
